Refund policy

To provide the best collection of designs and custom products to our customers, Live and Play Boulder works with Printify, a reliable merch vendor, to simplify and automate our fulfillment and shipping needs.

All products on Live & Play Boulder are unique and only produced once ordered. That means that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you placed an order for the wrong size or color, entered the wrong delivery address, or changed your mind. 

However, if your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@liveandplayboulder.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that a free replacement or refund (minus the shipping cost) is only available within 30 days of product delivery.
